يُسمح فقط للأزواج المتزوجين رسمياً والعائلات بالإقامة في المنتجع. يُشترط تقديم إثبات الزواج الرسمي (عقد الزواج الموثق أو دفتر العائلة/الهوية الوطنية الموثقة) عند تسجيل الوصول لموظف الاستقبال.

Only legally married couples and families are permitted to stay. Presentation of an official marriage certificate or valid documentation showing marital status is strictly required at the front desk upon check-in.

Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM to ensure restful sleep for all villas.

No Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed inside the resort premises to guarantee health and hygiene standards.

Non-Smoking Indoors

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside villa rooms. Permitted on outdoor terraces & gardens.

Child Supervision

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult when swimming in pools or Dead Sea waters.

Frequently Asked Questions About Resort Rules

What proof of marriage is accepted for couples?
We accept official marriage certificates issued by government authorities, official civil family record books, or national identity cards explicitly stating marital status. Digital copies or physical documents are both valid.
Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM (14:00), and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out depends on villa availability and can be coordinated directly with reception on the day of stay.
A 50% down payment is required to confirm your villa reservation. If you cancel at least 3 days prior to your arrival date, 100% of your deposit is refunded automatically. Cancellations within 3 days incur a 50% fee.
 
To safeguard privacy, peacefulness, and maximum capacity guidelines (6 persons per villa), outside visitors must register at reception and comply with overall resort capacity limits.
Yes! You can enjoy private family barbecues in your villa’s private outdoor garden. Barbecue equipment can be coordinated with resort management upon request.
